In this fast-paced world introverts are seen as the soft and quiet ones. They are often overlooked underestimated and not taken seriously. It seems the more extroverted the individual is the more successful he becomes. But there is hidden power in introverts that matches up to or even exceeds the abilities of extroverts. Cain explains and compares studies carried out about introverts and extroverts revealing their strengths and weaknesses and it turns out that introverts have some quite powerful positive attributes.

It doesn't matter if you’re are quiet or outgoing but this book is a must. It brings valuable insight into the world of both introverts and extroverts. It explains how your brain functions how come react to certain situations and offers ways you can recharge your batteries. After reading Quiet I no longer believe that being an introvert is some kind of a ‘disease’ that should be hushed up.

Introverts are like a hidden treasure. It takes time to find it but when you do you’ll be eternally grateful.
